HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC ("HOTSPOTPR.NET," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our text messaging programs (the "Messaging Service"), which are provided with the assistance of service providers.
By enrolling in or using the Messaging Service, you agree to this Policy. We may update this Policy; the effective date appears above. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Collection of Information
We receive Personal Information you provide or generate through the Messaging Service, including your mobile number, consent records, message content, message history/metadata, and any information you include in messages. If you interact with related web pages, we may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g., for cart reminders) as described in our website Privacy Policy.
If you participate in surveys, promotions, or contact support regarding the Messaging Service, we collect the information you provide for those purposes.
Use of Information

You may receive 2-4 messages per month (unless you specifically request more, such as for one-time codes or service notifications). Message and data rates may apply.

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC ("HOTSPOTPR.NET," "we," "us," or "our").
By enrolling in or using the HOTSPOTPR.NET text messaging program (the "Messaging Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
1. Program Description
HOTSPOTPR.NET, through trusted third-party service providers, may send informational and/or marketing text messages including those sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") to the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include service alerts, promotional offers, and other updates related to HOTSPOTPR.NET services.
2. Opt-In
To enroll, text JOIN to 1-877-291-6060 or 1-877-297-2021 (the "Program Numbers") or submit your mobile number through a HOTSPOTPR.NET sign-up form at https://sms-signup.hotspotpr.net/.
By opting in, you represent that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the enrolled mobile number and are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if between 13 and 17).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account settings, but you can generally expect 2-4 messages per month.
Message & data rates may apply.
4. Cost
HOTSPOTPR.NET does not charge a fee to participate.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to each message sent or received, including any applicable roaming charges.
Check your carrier plan for details.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Messaging Service at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to 1-877-291-6060 or 1-877-297-2021.
You will receive one final confirmation text.
After that, you will no longer receive marketing or informational messages from HOTSPOTPR.NET at that number unless you re-enroll.

7. Your Mobile Number & Responsibilities
You certify that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you register.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must promptly notify HOTSPOTPR.NET by contacting Customer Care at 1-877-291-6060 or 1-877-297-2021.
You agree to indemnify HOTSPOTPR.NET for any claims or expenses arising from your failure to notify us of such changes, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
8. Carrier & Network Disclaimer
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the capabilities and coverage of your wireless carrier and may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside HOTSPOTPR.NET's control.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers and their affiliates, but participation is not guaranteed across all carriers or devices.
9. Privacy
Your participation is subject to HOTSPOTPR.NET's https://www.hotspotpr.net/sms-privacy-policy.htm which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose SMS opt-in data, consent records, or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Unless otherwise noted, changes become effective upon posting on this page and supersede all prior versions.
Your continued enrollment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree, you must opt out by following the instructions in Section 5.
